This new festive and delicious bread was set up, since 2012, by the "federation of bakers and pastry cooks of Indre-et-Loire" and aims to the emblem of the craft bakery from Tours and some one of its specialities. Bread of French tradition, it marries the "Rillettes of Tours", the apple of the Val de Loire and the goat cheese: 3 local specialities ... This new original bread is ideal in appetizer or in meal. In 2016, the federation decided to give it an other shape. Now the "Tradi-Saveurs de Tours'N" is proposed in the form of small baguette...
